摘要
初步设计加工了3种混合反应器,用于气相光气化法合成己二异氰酸酯(HDI)单管实验中。以己二胺、光气作为原料,在高温下合成了HDI。考察了不同形式的混合反应器及反应条件对光气化合成HDI的影响。研究表明,采用锥式喷嘴、喉管直径D与长度L比为1∶1的同向文丘里式混合反应器效果较好;当50%己二胺氯苯溶液流量为16 L/h、光气流量为1 800 L/h时,混合反应器在经过2 h后没有出现堵塞,HDI收率达到85.7%。
Several kinds of mixed reactors were designed and processed preliminarily,and they were used in the single tube experiment of gas-phase phosgenation to synthesize hexamethylene diisocyanate( HDI). HDI was synthesized from hexamethylene diamine( HDA) and phosgene at high temperature. The effects of different mixing reactors and reaction conditions on HDI were investigated. The results showed that the same direction Venturi mixing reactor reaction effect was better when the ratio of diameter D to length L of the cone nozzle was 1 ∶1. The yield of hexamethylene diisocyanate was 85.7% under the optimal conditions of 50% hexamethylene diamine chlorobenzene solution flow rate of 16 L/h and phosgene flow rate of 1 800 L/h,and there was no blockage after 2 h.
