摘要 采用预聚法,以聚醚二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)与潜固化剂等为原料制备了系列单组分聚脲材料,考察了聚醚结构、潜固化剂类型、NCO基含量及异氰酸酯指数对单组分聚脲性能的影响。结果表明:以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)为软段制备的单组分聚脲力学性能优于聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)的;亚胺类潜固化剂制备的单组分聚脲的性能优于噁唑烷类潜固化剂的;MDI型单组分聚脲的预聚体NCO基质量分数不宜超过4%;异氰酸酯指数为1.3时制备的单组分聚脲性能最佳。 A series of single component polyurea materials was prepared using polyether polyols,MDI-50 and latent curing agent as raw materials. The effect of polyether structure,latent curing agent type,NCO content and isocyanate index on the performance of single component polyurea were studied. The results showed that the single component polyurea prepared with PTMG as soft segments had better mechanical properties than PPG. The performance of single component of polyurea prepared by imines was better than an oxazolane latent curing agent. The NCO content of prepolymer of MDI single component polyurea should not exceed 4%. The single component polyurea had the best performance when isocyanate index was 1.3.
