三维机织变厚度预制体渗透特性

摘要 三维碳纤维机织复合材料预制体通过机织过程中的减纱工艺,可以制备结构复杂、厚度可变的三维机织复合材料预制体。减纱工艺会对机织预制体的结构产生改变,进而影响树脂在机织预制体中的流动特性。因此,本文研究了不同表面纱线结构、不同减纱带的间距、减纱带与进出胶口不同角度等机织预制体试验件中减纱结构对树脂在机织预制体中渗透特性的影响。减纱带间距较小时,树脂流动前锋更趋于扁平的椭圆形。减纱带与树脂流动方向呈不同角度的渗透试验中,树脂在预制体减纱带较少区域流动速率更快。 Carbon fiber 3D woven composite preform with different thickness and shapes can be manufactured using tow reduction process during weaving.Through this process,the inner structure of the woven preform would be changed,and then affect the permeability of resin in woven preform.Therefore,the effect of different sizes of the surface layer,dif⁃ferent distances of the tow reduction,different angles of the resin infusion direction and the tow reduction direction was investigated in this study.When the distance between the tow reduction lines was small,a flat ellipse shape resin flow front was observed.In the penetration test with different angles between the resin infusion direction and the tow reduc⁃tion direction,the resin flow speed was faster in the area with less tow reduction lines.
