摘要
利用天津市农村地区生物质气化/直燃集中供热项目所需的总成本、总利润等因素对经济效益和投资回收期的影响进行计算分析,研究表明:研究案例的生物质气化供热方案的投资回收期为3.18 a,生物质直燃供热方案的投资回收期为1.50 a。生物质气化技术供热的总投资较高,为生物质直燃技术总投资的1.63倍。在影响两种生物质供热方案全寿命总成本的因素中,物料成本影响最大,占总成本的35%以上,初投资、设备耗电费用、设备折旧费和系统维护保养费用的影响依次降低。
An economic comparison biomass gasification and direct combustion heating systems were presented in this study.Via estimation and technical economic methods,the influence of the total cost,total profit and other factors on eco⁃nomic benefits and investment recovery period were comprehensively studied..The cases and data were selected from ru⁃ral area of Tianjin,north of China,The results showed that the investment recovery period of biomass direct combustion heating system was 1.50 years,while that of biomass gasification heating system was 3.18 years.The total investment of biomass gasification system was 1.63 times higher than biomass direct combustion system.Among the factors that affect⁃ed the total life-cycle cost of these systems,the cost of feedstock exhibited the greatest impact,accounting for more than 35%of the total cost.And the impact of the initial investment,equipment power consumption cost,depreciation charges of equipment and maintenance cost decreased in turn.
