苍梧县松材线虫病疫情防控探析

Analysis on Prevention and Control of Pine Wilt Disease in Cangwu County

松材线虫病是一种具有高度传染性和毁灭性的重大森林病害,是我国检疫性病害。苍梧县是松材线虫病重型疫区,总结该县疫情防控实践及防控技术对指导各地疫情防控工作十分必要。本文概述了松材线虫病疫情的侵染循环,汇总分析了该县疫情发生情况和主要防控措施,指出松材线虫病是由松材线虫引起的病原主导型森林病害,应从疫情监测、疫源控制、媒介昆虫防治3个方面进行防控,疫情监测和疫点封锁隔离是关键,及时全面清理枯死疫木是核心,媒介昆虫防治是辅助措施。建议加强疫情监测防控工作,严格控制人为传播疫情,开展松树抗性育种,培育和保护健康松林。

Pine wilt disease(PWD)is a major forest disease with high infectivity and devastating,which is a quarantine disease in China.Cangwu County is a severe epidemic area of PWD.In order to guide the epidemic control work in various regions,it is necessary to summarize the epidemic control practice and control technology in this county.This paper summarized the infection cycle of PWD,summarized and analyzed the epidemic situation and main control measures in Cangwu County,and pointed out that PWD was a pathogen dominated forest disease caused by pine wood nematode,which should be controlled from three aspects(epidemic monitoring,epidemic source control and vector insect control).Epidemic monitoring and epidemic point blockade and isolation were the key,timely and comprehensive cleaning of dead trees was the core,and vector insect control was the auxiliary measure.It was suggested to strengthen epidemic monitoring and prevention,strictly control the human transmission of the epidemic,carry out pine resistance breeding,and cultivate and protect healthy pine forests.
