重型甲醇发动机增压器匹配仿真与试验

摘要 针对13 L M100甲醇发动机增压器匹配开展相关研究工作。基于发动机相关数据建立一维热力学模型并进行数值计算与仿真分析,针对发动机油耗率、废气再循环(exhaust gas recirculation,EGR)率、排温、喘振裕度等综合因素匹配出最优增压器并进行试验验证。试验结果显示,增压器方案1在转速为1200 r/min时EGR率为20.5%,外特性最低油耗率可降至438 g/(kW·h),最大涡前排温为700℃,满足发动机性能开发指标。 Relevant research work was carried out on 13 L M100 methanol engine matching with turbocharger.Based on the relevant engine data,a one-dimensional thermodynamic model was established,and numerical calculation and simulation analysis were carried out.According to the comprehensive factors of engine fuel consumption,exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)rate,exhaust temperature and surge margin,the optimal matching turbocharger was verified by tests.The test results show that:The EGR rate of turbocharger scheme 1 is 20.5%at the speed of 1200 r/min;The lowest fuel consumption rate of external characteristics can be reduced to 438 g/(kW·h);The maximum temperature before turbine is 700℃;The parameters meets the engine performance development requirements.
