摘要
针对舷外机用竖轴柴油机在台架试验中出现机油压力偏低的问题展开分析与研究。在排除机油泵加工尺寸偏差、机油泵主油道孔径偏小等故障因素后,初步判定机油泵油腔存在内漏为故障原因。对机油泵腔结构进行优化设计,增加油腔大端密封区宽度,减小进排油腔连通时间及截面,避免油液倒流回油腔,减少机油外泄。整机试验与耐久试验结果表明,优化后的机油压力明显高于优化前的机油压力,机油压力变化较为平缓,在高转速、大转矩下机油压力明显提高。
The problem of low oil pressure in the bench test of outboard vertical shaft diesel engine was analyzed and studied.After eliminating the fault factors such as the machining dimension deviation of the oil pump and small diameter of the main oil passage of the oil pump,it was preliminarily determined that the internal leakage in the oil chamber of the oil pump was the cause of the fault.To optimize the structure of the oil pump chamber,the width of the sealing area at the large end of the oil chamber was increased,thus the connection time and connection section of the inlet and outlet oil chamber was reduced,which could avoid oil flow back to the oil chamber,and reduce oil leakage.The whole engine test and durability test results show that the optimized oil pressure is significantly higher than the original oil pressure,the oil pressure changes gently,and the oil pressure increases significantly at high speed and big torque.
