摘要
针对非均匀发火柴油机在实际使用过程中发生停车后无法启动的故障对柴油机空气启动系统进行研究,分析在柴油机启动空气分配器设计中的常见问题,并对这些问题提出改进措施。对比改进前后柴油机的启动成功率和耗气量变化,以及柴油机启动系统耗气量的理论值和试验值,证明改进措施有效。
In response to the failure that the non-uniform ignition diesel engine can not start after stopping during operation,the air starting system of the diesel engine was studied.The problems frequently appeared in the design of the starting air distributor of diesel engines were analyzed,and the improvement measures for these problems were put forward.By comparing the change of the success rate and gas consumption of the diesel engine before and after the improvement,as well as the theoretical and experimental values of the gas consumption of the diesel engine starting system,it is proved that the improvement measures are effective.
