摘要
磁性材料在工程应用中用途广泛,然而在设计阶段磁力理论计算多依赖于经验,理论计算公式复杂,为寻求更加简便快捷的磁力计算结果,对比了两块相互吸引的磁铁的理论计算、试验测试和ANSYS仿真三种结果,结果验证了仿真参数设置的合理性和可行性,并将其应用于Z向直线系统动态平衡结构中,仿真结果与实测结果相近,表明仿真的正确性,可以用于磁力设计阶段计算分析。
Magnetic materials are widely used in engineering applications.However,in the design stage,the theoretical calculation of magnetic force mostly relies on experience,and the theoretical calculation formula is complicated.In order to seek more convenient and quicker magnetic calculation results,this paper compares the theoretical calculations of two mutually attracting magnets.The three results of experimental test and ANSYS simulation verify the rationality and feasibility of the simulation parameter settings,and apply it to the dynamic balance structure of the Z-direction linear system.The measured results are similar to the simulation results.It shows that the simulation is correct and can be used for calculation and analysis in the magnetic design stage.
