摘要
采用稳压微弧氧化技术对商用6061铝合金板材进行了表面处理,并通过采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能谱等测试手段对材料的物相结构、微观形貌、元素组成和显微硬度等进行分析。结果表明,在电解液主要成分为15 g/L Na_(2)SiO_(3),着色剂为13.2 g/L Na_(2)WO_(4),氧化施加正向电压450 V,反向电压200 V,频率250 Hz时,调整占空比可以制备出外观质量良好棕色微弧氧化膜层。当占空比为60%时,制备的深棕色膜层更加致密,显微硬度为基体的8.4倍。
The surface of commercial 6061 aluminum alloy plate was treated by voltage stabilized mi‐croarc oxidation technology,and the phase structure,micro morphology,element composition and mi‐crohardness of the material were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum.The results show that when the main component of electrolyte is 15 g/L Na_(2)SiO_(3),the colorant is 13.2 g/L Na_(2)WO_(4),the forward voltage is 450 V,the reverse voltage is 200 V and the fre‐quency is 250 Hz,brown microarc oxidation film with good appearance quality can be prepared by ad‐justing the duty ratio.When the duty ratio is 60%,the prepared dark brown film is more compact,and the microhardness is 8.4 times of that of the matrix.
