玻璃窑蓄热室用镁砖损毁机理分析

摘要 对石油焦燃料体系下玻璃窑蓄热室用高纯镁砖进行取样,分析造成镁质格子砖损毁的原因。结果表明,烟尘中的侵蚀介质主要通过砖体孔隙和方镁石晶间侵入,形成低熔点硅酸盐或钒酸盐富集包裹于方镁石晶间,导致晶间结构疏松、砖体损坏。镁砖制备过程中,避免或降低方镁石晶间钙镁硅酸盐物相的形成,可提高镁砖的抗侵蚀性,有助于提高蓄热室镁质格子体的使用寿命。 High-purity magnesia bricks were sampled from the regenerator of glass melting furnace in petroleum coke fuel system to analyze the destroying mechanism of magnesia latticed bricks.The results show that the erosion medium in the soot mainly invades through the pores of the brick body and between the crystals of magnesite,forming low-melting-point silicate or vanadate which is enriched and wrapped in the crystals of magnesite,leading to the loose intercrystalline structure and the damage of the brick body.In the preparing process of magnesia brick,avoiding or reducing the formation of calcium magnesium silicate phase between magnesia crystals can improve the corrosion resistance of magnesia brick and increase the service life of magnesia lattice in regenerator.
