焦炉热修用耐火材料的优化改进

摘要 焦炉作为炼焦的工艺装置,为保证加热的均匀性,其结构设计极其复杂。焦炉本体由多种耐火材料砌筑而成,在焦炉的不同部位因其工艺功能、温度、荷载、结构应力及产生腐蚀的情况不同,各部位采用了不同性质的耐火材料。在进行焦炉热修过程中需要针对修补部位的特点采用不同的工艺及耐火材料。本文介绍了炉体热修时采用的耐火材料及工艺技术。通过合理应用不同耐材,可延长维修部位的使用寿命。 As the process facility,coke oven battery has complex structure to guarantee heating evenness.The main body of battery is composed of corresponding multiple refractories which are selected by different process,functions,temperatures,loads,structure stresses and corrosion conditions etc.Also the different processes and refractories can be selected according to the characteristics of the repaired part during battery hot repair work.This paper introduces the refractories and process technology used in the hot repair of coke oven battery body through the reasonable application of different refractories,the service life of the maintenance parts can be prolonged.
