The Conflict and Adjustment of the Professional Development of Young Female Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the New Era:A Qualitative Study based on the Theory of Gender Differences in College A

青年女性教师是高校教师队伍建设的重要组成部分,目前国内对高校青年教师的个案研究相对较少,文章从社会性别差异理论视角出发,深度访谈了应用型本科院校A大学的10位40周岁以下的青年女性教师;梳理出她们在专业发展进程中遇到的感性与理性、认知与发展的角色冲突问题,在此基础上提出了坚定理想信念、树立大学教育学术风尚、构建教科研内循环共同体(生活、实践、跨界)的实施策略。

Young female teachers are an important part of the construction of college teachers.At present,there are relatively few case studies on young college teachers in China.From the perspective of the theory of gender differences,the article interviews10 applied undergraduate colleges and universities A University in depth.Young female teachers under the age of 40;sort out the role conflicts between sensibility and rationality,cognition and development they encounter in the process of professional development,and on this basis put forward firm ideals and beliefs,foster university education and academic style,and construct teaching The implementation strategy of the scientific research inner circle community(life,practice,cross-border).
