摘要
氯碱工业生产中,硫酸根富集伤害离子膜。通过高倍浓缩结合氯化钠盐析法将其制备成可满足工业生产的元明粉,无需采用冷冻等高能耗的相转化技术,有效实现了资源回收利用,在满足盐水体系中硫酸根去除的同时,获得了较好的经济收益。
In chlor alkali industrial production,sulfate enrichment damages ionic membranes. Through high-power concentration combined with sodium chloride salting out method,it can be prepared into sodium sulphate that can meet industrial production. It does not need to use high energy consumption phase conversion technology such as freezing,which effectively realizes resource recovery and utilization,and obtains good economic benefits while meeting the removal of sulfate radical in salt water system.
