摘要
介绍了三氯乙烯生产过程,通过历史事故研究分析三氯乙烯工艺安全问题,从控制、设备改造提升工艺安全性;对三氯乙烯工艺固液危废产生原因及成分进行了分析,研究出一套流化床焚烧技术,实现危废无害化处置。
The production process of trichloroethylene was introduced,and the safety problems of trichloroethylene process was analyzed through historical accident research,and improved the process safety from control and equipment transformation. Through the analysis of the causes and components of solid-liquid hazardous wastes in trichloroethylene process,a set of fluidized bed incineration technology was studied to realize the harmless disposal of hazardous wastes.
