摘要
介绍了无机膜管在工业除尘过程中的使用方法,并研究了无机膜管作为除尘器的分离机理。重点阐述了膜管除尘性能在除尘工作中受流速,流量以及工作压强的影响,同时膜管的除尘效率随之发生变化。通过对实验研究现状的分析,明确了无机膜管除尘的最佳使用工况,对工业运用具有参考价值。
The application method of inorganic membrane tube in industrial dust removal process is introduced,and the separation mechanism of inorganic membrane tube as dust collector is studied. It is emphasized that the dust removal performance of membrane tube is affected by the flow rate,flow and working pressure in the dust removal work,and the dust removal efficiency of membrane tube changes accordingly. Through the analysis of the current situation of experimental research,the best working condition of inorganic membrane tube dust removal is clarified,which has reference value for industrial application.
