乙炔清净环保技术改造

摘要 分析了电石乙炔清净系统中的次氯酸钠的环保状况,通过阶段性探究和环保技术改造,减少了乙炔清净系统废次氯酸钠中富集的大量磷杂质,消除了含氯废气和酸性气体外溢,缓解现场腐蚀情况,避免造成人员中毒和环保问题;较高的自动化运行模式,降低了操作人员负荷,社会效益明显。 The environmental protection status of sodium hypochlorite in the acetylene purification system of calcium carbide is analyzed. Through phased exploration and environmental protection technical transformation,a large number of phosphorus impurities enriched in the waste sodium hypochlorite in the acetylene purification system are reduced,the overflow of chlorine containing waste gas and acid gas is eliminated,the on-site corrosion is alleviated,and personnel poisoning and environmental protection problems are avoided;The higher automatic operation mode reduces the operator load,and the social benefits are obvious.
