摘要 介绍了次氯酸钠的两种不同生产工艺以及节能改造后的工艺操作变化,并对改造前后的装置能耗做了对比分析。次氯酸钠生产采用降膜吸收器连续生产工艺,与间歇式生产工艺相比,单位产品能耗明显下降,且提升了次氯酸钠装置的安全平稳运行水平。 Two different production processes of sodium hypochlorite were introduced,and the process operation changes after the energy-saving renovation were introduced,and the energy consumption of the device before and after the renovation was compared and analyzed. Compared with the intermittent production process,the continuous production process of falling film absorber is used in the production of sodium hypochlorite,the energy consumption per unit product is significantly reduced,and the safe and stable operation level of the sodium hypochlorite plant is improved.
