This paper introduced the application case of non-evaporative crystallization zero discharge resource in the domestic chlor-alkali industry. Sodium chloride salt water separated from the end of the concentrated water was directly reused in the caustic soda plant. Caustic soda plant continued to be stable,the wastewater reuse rate reached 100%,and the water reuse rate reached 97.76%.
