Job Burnout of Community Correction Workers and its Countermeasures

社区矫正工作者由于受到心理资本、人格结构、知识技能、实践经验、主观期望、自我认知、角色扮演等因素影响,对职业发展前景感到失望,丧失工作热情,对工作感到厌倦,产生职业认同危机、角色冲突和自我效能感不足等职业倦怠现象,导致心理一致感失调。因此,应当从社区矫正的制度设计、环境优化和社区矫正工作者认知水平、价值定位、潜力开发等方面着手,提升社区矫正工作者自我认知,优化其人格特质,提升其自我效能感,进而排解社区矫正工作者的职业倦怠现象。

Due to the influencing factors such as psychological capitalappreciation,personality structure,knowledge and skills,practical experience,subjective expectation,self-cognition,role play and so on,community correction workers are disappointed withtheir career development prospects.They suffer fromloss ofpassion for work,feeling tired of their work,career identity crisis,role conflict,and inadequate self-efficacy,which lead to a sense of coherence disorder.Therefore,we should improve the self-cognition,optimize the personality traits and enhance the self-efficacy of the community correction workers from the aspects of administration mode,environment optimization,and community correction workers’cognitive level,value orientation and potential development,etc.,thus to solve the problem of job burnout for community correction workers.
