摘要 四儿沟门金矿巷道规格为2.5 m×2.5 m三心拱型,原有的爆破方案存在超挖、欠挖现象严重,严重影响了光面爆破的效果和安全生产工作。鉴于此,开展了巷道爆破参数设计与优化,采取了增加周边眼布置、减少辅助眼、采用十段起爆等优化方式。应用效果表明,该方式能够有效解决巷道超挖、欠挖问题,光面爆破效果取得较大进步。 The roadway specification of Si'ergoumen Gold Mine is 2.5 m×2.5 m three-center arch,and the phenomenon of over-excavation and under-excavation is serious in the original blasting plan,which seriously affects the smooth blasting effect and safety production.In view of this,the design and optimization of roadway blasting parameters were carried out,and optimization methods such as increasing peripheral blasthole layout,reducing auxiliary blastholes and ten-stage initiation were adopted.The application results show that this method can effectively solve the problems of over-excavation and under-excavation of roadway,and the great progress has been made in smooth blasting effect.
