摘要
某金矿随着采掘作业面的不断深入以及“多碎少磨”相关工作的开展,原生、次生矿泥的性质均发生很大变化,选矿难度极大。为深入剖析限制回收率进一步提高的原因,探求降低尾矿品位的途径,开展了超细含金矿泥工艺矿物学及可选性探索研究。经研究,确定最优浮选条件为矿浆浓度10%,加入硅酸钠500 g/t,捕收剂为捕金灵+vd653用量90 g/t,起泡剂11#油40 g/t,浮选机设备转速设为2500 r/min,尾矿品位由0.35 g/t降低至0.33 g/t,回收率由65%提高至67.13%。
With the deepening of mining face and the development of"more crushing and less grinding"related work in a gold mine,the properties of primary and secondary slime have changed greatly,making it extremely difficult to beneficiate.In order to deeply analyze the reason of limiting the recovery rate and explore the way to reduce the grade of tailings,the process mineralogy and separability of ultrafine gold-bearing slime were studied.After study,the optimal flotation conditions were determined as follows:slurry concentration is 10%,sodium silicate 500 g/t is added,collector Bujinling+vd65390 g/t,foaming agent is 11#oil 40 g/t,flotation machine rotating speed is 2500 r/min,under this condition,the tailings grade was decreased from 0.35 g/t to 0.33 g/t,and the recovery rate was increased from 65%to 67.13%.
