摘要
根据多功能烧结环冷机的结构特点,结合实际工程,应用有限元仿真技术,对环冷机结构中的回转体和机架部分进行结构优化及仿真分析,减少设备总重量以降低制造成本。通过设置在环冷机多个部位的智能监测单元,以及全景监控系统和智能润滑系统,实时监测和保障设备的运行状况,并能在出现故障时及时做出响应,提升设备的智能化水平。
According to the structure characteristics of the multi-functional sintering circular cooler,by combining with the actual projects and applying the finite element simulation technology,the structure optimization and simulation analysis of the rotary body and frame of the circular cooler are carried out,and the total weight of the equipment is reduced so as to reduce the manufacturing cost.With the intelligent monitoring units that are installed in multiple parts of the circular cooler,as well as the panoramic monitoring system and the intelligent lubrication system,the operation status of the equipment can be monitored and guaranteed on a real-time basis,and timely response can be given when a fault occurs,thus improving the level of intelligence of the equipment.
