烧结制度对钼尾矿烧结砖性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 参照普通烧结砖的烧制方法,在钼尾矿中加入一定量的粉煤灰,烧制钼尾矿烧结砖,研究烧结温度和烧结时间对钼尾矿烧结砖抗压强度、吸水率、体积密度和烧失重的影响。结果表明,最佳的烧结制度为烧成温度1050℃,保温时间120 min,此条件下钼尾矿烧结砖的抗压强度为25.34 MPa,吸水率为13.06%,体积密度为1.81 g/cm^(3),烧失重为8.51%,满足建筑用砖标准。 By referring to the firing method of common sintered bricks,a certain amount of fly ash was added into molybdenum tailings to make sintered bricks.The effects of sintering temperature and sintering time on compressive strength,water absorption,volume density and weight loss of sintered bricks were studied.The results show that the best sintering system is that the firing temperature is 1050℃and the holding time is 120 min.Under these conditions,the compressive strength of molybdenum tailings sintered brick is 25.34 MPa,the water absorption is 13.06%,the volume density is 1.81 g/cm^(3)and the weight loss is 8.51%,which meet the standard of building brick.
