摘要
尾矿输送系统是选矿厂正常生产的重要环节,近年来由于包钢外购铁精矿,致使尾矿特性及矿量发生变化。为了系统的安全运行,结合原有选矿厂尾矿特性多点排出尾矿,每个排除点尾矿的粒度、浓度、矿量的不同,分别验算原有设备运行能力、原有管道大小等特点,增加集中泵站,将多点排出的尾矿统一送至尾矿库,合理确定具体的改造方案和措施。
Tailings conveying system is an important link in normal production of a beneficiation plant.In recent years,Baogang Group has purchased iron concentrate,resulting in changes in tailings characteristics and volume.For the safe operation of the system,combined with the characteristics of the tailings of original beneficiation plant,the different particle size,concentration and volume of tailings discharged in multiple points,the operation capacity of original equipment,the original pipeline size and other characteristics were checked respectively,and the centralized pumping stations were added to uniformly send the tailings discharged from multiple points to the tailings facilities storage,so as to reasonably determine the specific transformation plans and measures.
