车身新板件的面漆前处理工艺分析

车身新板件是指汽车在出厂时自带的原厂原件,没有经过商家二次加工的新部件。新板件在从原厂制造出来时,表层自带一层带色电镀底漆,厚度为30~40μm,主要作用是对汽车表层起到保护作用及防锈功能。对于原厂生产自带的新板件上漆处理的流程主要包括研磨、清洁、涂漆等技术流程。对原厂车身新板件面漆处理的工艺流程进行系统阐述与分析,研究结果以期为相关维修人员提供技术参考与借鉴。

New body parts are the original factory parts that come with the car when it leaves the factory,without the new parts processed by the secondary business.When the new panel parts are manufactured from the original factory,their surface layer comes with a layer of color plating primer,the thickness of which is between 30~40μm,the main function is to play a protective role for the surface layer of the car and rust prevention function.This study systematically discusses the process of painting the new body parts of the original factory,and the results are intended to provide technical reference for the maintenance personnel.
