含风电配电网小干扰稳定性的影响因素及改善方法

摘要 风机在多个方面影响配电网系统的安全稳定运行,包括对系统小干扰稳定性的影响。研究了风力发电机变换器控制参数、风电场穿透水平、风电场位置、静止无功补偿器等因素对含风电配电网系统小干扰稳定性的影响,并分析了小干扰稳定的改善方法。对接入双馈感应风机(DFIG)的IEEE-14配网系统的特征根分析结果表明,这些因素既有积极的影响,也有不利的影响,在含风力发电场的配电网系统中使用静止无功补偿器(SVC)装置可以改善配电网系统的小干扰稳定性能。 The wind turbines affect the safe and stable operation of the distribution network in many aspects, including the influence on the stability of small interference. This research studied the influence factors on the stability of small interference, namely, the control parameters of wind turbine converter, wind power penetration level, wind farm location, static var compensator, etc. And the improvement methods of small interference stability are analyzed. The characteristic root analysis of IEEE-14 distribution system with doubly fed induction generator(DFIG) shows that these factors have both positive and negative effects, and the use of static var compensator(SVC) in distribution system with wind farm can improve the small interference stability.
