基于平远县全域自然村供水工程建后运营管理的工作探究

Research on Operation and Management of Whole Natural Village Water Supply Project after Completion in Pingyuan County

自精准扶贫理念开花落地到巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的决策部署下,农村供水保障水平得到显著提升。但在飞速基建背景下的农村供水工程建后运营管理方面存在诸多问题,特别是经济水平发展相对滞后的乡镇地区。文章分析了广东省平远县农村供水工程建后运营管理现状,并提出了从水源监测到供水到户全过程的运营管理方法,在制度、设备维护技术、管理等方面提出建议、对策。

Since the implementation of the concept of targeted poverty alleviation and the decision to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively link with rural revitalization, the level of water supply security in rural areas has been significantly improved. However, there are many problems in the operation and management of rural water supply projects under the background of rapid infrastructure construction, especially in rural areas where the economic level of development is relatively backward. This paper analyzes the current situation of operation and management of rural water supply project in Pingyuan County, Guangdong Province after construction, and puts forward the operation and management methods of the whole process from water source monitoring to water supply to households, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures in terms of system, equipment maintenance technology and management.
