摘要 介绍了一种应用于多功能雷达的X波段的T/R组件,通过对组件发射功率、接收增益、噪声系数等指标的设计与分析,并使用HFSS对关键电路仿真分析,使其在性能指标上满足系统要求,同时也满足尺寸小型化、元器件全国产化的要求。该组件基于微组装工艺,集成了限幅器、低噪声放大器、功率放大器、幅相多功能、功分器、温补衰减器等元器件,具有低噪声、大功率、小型化以及较好的幅相一致性等特点。实测结果表明,此T/R组件发射通道功率大于20 W,接收通道噪声系数小于3.4 dB。 Introduces an X-band T/R module for multi-function radar.In order to meet the system requirements,the power,gain,noise coefficient and other technical indicators of the T/R module with 100%domestication are designed and analyzed in detail,and the key circuits are simulated by HFSS.The micro-assembly process is utilized to this design and some chips,such as limiter,LNA,PA and power divider,are integrated onto the circuit.This T/R module has a lot of excellent characteristics,such as low noise figure,broadband and remarkable multi-channel amplitude phase consistency.The measured results show that the output powers of all channels are more than 20W,the noise figures of all receiving channels are less than 3.4dB.
