摘要
混凝土施工技术的合理应用与否,直接影响到道路桥梁实体工程的交付质量。然而现阶段混凝土施工对施工条件因素的要求极为苛刻,一旦处理措施不当,极容易因混凝土干缩、承载受力不合理而出现严重的质量问题。基于此,以某地一大型桥梁工程的施工做法为例,对混凝土施工技术的关键工艺要点以及注意事项进行分析探讨。希望可以为同性质的工程项目提供参考,做好混凝土施工的规范管理,严格把握材料质量关,优选先进可行的工艺技术,确保桥梁工程质量可靠稳定。
The reasonable application of concrete construction technology will directly affect the delivery quality of road and Bridge physical engineering.However,at this stage,the requirements of concrete construction for construction conditions are extremely harsh.Once the treatment measures are improper,it is very easy to have serious quality problems due to concrete shrinkage and unreasonable bearing capacity.Based on this,taking the construction method of a large bridge project in a certain place as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the key process points and precautions of concrete construction technology.It is hoped that it can provide reference for engineering projects of the same nature,do a good job in the standardized management of concrete construction,strictly grasp the quality of materials,and optimize advanced and feasible technology to ensure the reliable and stable quality of bridge engineering.
