基于MATLAB计算的“8”字势能驱动车的设计

摘要 根据第七届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛基础赛道中势能驱动车的比赛要求,基于MATLAB设计了一种可以实现“8”字运行轨迹的势能驱动车,该势能驱动车的设计重点在于微调机构、转向机构、传动机构等机构的设计,利用UG、MATLAB等软件设计出了凸轮轮廓,通过Solidworks对该势能驱动车进行三维建模和运动仿真,来验证小车设计的科学性和可行性,最后通过零件制作、实物组装和多次的调试、修改,并在省赛中取得一等奖的成绩,验证了该方案的合理性。 According to the competition requirements of the potential energy drive car in the basic track of the seventh national college student engineering training comprehensive ability competition,we have designed a potential energy drive car that can achieve the 8-character running trajectory based on MATLAB,the design of the potential energy drive car focuses on the design of the fine-tuning mechanism,steering mechanism,transmission mechanism and other mechanisms,we use UG,MATLAB and other software to design the cam outline,through Solidworks for the potential energy drive vehicle three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation,To verify the scientific design of the trolley,and finally through the production of parts,physical assembly and multiple commissioning,modification,and won the first prize in the provincial competition,the rationality of the program was verified.
