酚类物质对有机胺吸收解吸性能的影响及机理探究 被引量:1

摘要 为有效抑制有机胺吸收解吸SO过程中S(Ⅳ)的氧化,研究了对苯二酚(HQ)、间苯二酚(RE)、邻苯二酚(CT)、连苯三酚(PR)等4种酚对1-(2-羟乙基)哌嗪和N,N′-双(2-羟乙基)哌嗪(HEP-BHEP)混胺吸收液的脱硫性能及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,酚对S(Ⅳ)转化为S(Ⅵ)均有抑制作用,其中HQ和PR抗氧化性能较好,RE的抗氧化性较差;HQ、CT、RE对有机胺的吸收和解吸都略有促进作用,但PR对吸收的促进作用较小、对解吸却有明显的抑制作用。综合考虑,HQ可用作有机胺脱硫的抗氧剂。 In order to effectively slow down the oxidation of S(Ⅳ) during the absorption and desorption of SOby organic amines, the effects of hydroquinone(HQ),resorcinol(RE),catechol(CT) and catechol(PR) on the desulfurization and antioxidant properties of 1-(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine(HEP) and N,N′-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine(BHEP) blend amine were studied.The results showed that the conversion of S(Ⅳ) to S(Ⅵ) was inhibited by phenolic compounds, in which the antioxidant properties of HQ and PR were better, the RE was poor.The absorption capacities and desorption rate of blend amine were increased in the presences of HQ,CT and RE,but the absorption capacity is slightly increased and the desorption rate is significantly decreased in the presence of PR.Comprehensive comparison, HQ could be considered as an excellent inhibitor on the oxidation reaction of sulfite in organic amine desulfurization process.
