电絮凝铁-高级氧化Fenton试剂处理含铅废水的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了应对工业废水迅速发展对环境带来的危害,探讨了电絮凝(EC)和电Fenton(EF)工艺对稀土冶炼含铅废水中Pb去除效果的研究。通过调整电压、pH值和停留时间等因素分析电絮凝反应中Pb去除效果。同时HO投加量是调控电Fenton反应的关键。结果表明,对于铅含量为0.35 mg/L的实际废水其最佳操作条件为:停留时间180 min,电压20 V,进水pH=3,质量分数30%的HO投加量为330 mg/L,对Pb达到了较好的去除效果,处理后的出水Pb浓度为0.06 mg/L,达到了国标(GB 26451-2011)要求。 In order to deal with the harm of the rapid development of industrial wastewater to the environment, the removal efficiency of Pbfrom lead containing wastewater from rare earth smelting by electro flocculation(EC) and electro Fenton(EF) processes was studied.The removal efficiency of Pbin electrocoagulation was analyzed by adjusting the voltage, pH value and residence time.At the same time, the dosage of HOis the key to control the electro Fenton reaction.The results showed that: for the actual wastewater with lead content of 0.35 mg/L,the optimal operating conditions were as follows: residence time 180 min, voltage 20 V,influent pH=3,30% HOdosage 330 mg/L,the removal effect of Pbis better and the effluent Pbconcentration was 0.06 mg/L,which met the requirements of national standard(GB 26451—2011).
