一种耐温抗盐型表面活性剂的制备及其驱油性能评价 被引量:10

摘要 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和马来酸酐通过酯化反应,合成改性聚醚酯中间体,中间体与α-烯基磺酸钠通过水溶液自由基聚合,合成了一种低聚表面活性剂,对其进行了结构表征,并对抗盐耐温性、表界面张力、润湿性、乳化性以及静态洗油效率等驱油效果进行验证。结果表明,该表面活性剂耐温耐盐性能较好,并且有较好的洗油效果,洗油效率最大增幅可达27%,在使用质量浓度为0.3%时,可以将界面张力降低到10mN/m;具有较好的润湿性,可以将油岩接触角降低至41°;乳化性能良好,当体系含水率为50%时,24 h析水率仅为60%左右,并可与原油形成稳定乳状液,具有一定在油田应用的价值。 An oligomeric surfactant was synthesized from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers and maleic anhydride by esterification of a modified polyether lipid intermediate, and the intermediate was synthesized with sodium α-alkenyl sulfonate by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution.The surfactant was structurally characterized and its oil repellent effects such as temperature resistance to salt, surface interfacial tension, wettability, emulsification and static oil washing efficiency were verified.The results show that the surfactant has good temperature and salt resistance, and has good oil washing effect, and the maximum increase of oil washing efficiency can reach 27%,and the interfacial tension can be reduced to 10mN/m at a mass concentration of 0.3%;it has good wetting properties and can reduce the contact angle of oil and rock to 41°;it has good emulsification properties and the 24 h water separation rate is only about 60% when the water content of the system is 50%,it can form stable emulsion with crude oil, which has certain value in oilfield application.
