天然混凝剂强化好氧颗粒污泥成形研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用SBR反应器分析了淀粉基天然混凝剂(SNC)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)对好氧颗粒污泥的成形和性能的影响。结果表明,SNC型和PAC型好氧颗粒污泥分别成形于21 d和28 d,成熟于42 d和56 d, SNC强化好氧颗粒污泥的成形效果显著。SNC型和PAC型好氧颗粒污泥外观及菌型组成存在明显差别,SNC型好氧颗粒污泥菌型组成较复杂;同时,SNC型成熟后的好氧颗粒污泥对NH_(4)^(+)-N和COD去除率分别高达99.56%和96.22%,稍优于PAC型。相比PAC,SNC具有绿色环保、价廉高效的优点,是强化活性污泥颗粒化的有效策略。 An SBR reactor was used to analyze the effects of starch-based natural coagulant(SNC) and polymerized aluminum chloride(PAC) on the formation and performance of aerobic granular sludge.The results showed that SNC and PAC aerobic granular sludge formed at 21 d and 28 d, and matured at 42 d and 56 d, respectively, and the formation effect of SNC enhanced aerobic granular sludge was significant;the appearance and bacterial composition of SNC and PAC aerobic granular sludge were significantly different, and the bacterial composition of SNC aerobic granular sludge was more complex;meanwhile, the removal rate of NH_(4)^(+)-N and COD by aerobic granular sludge after maturation of SNC type were as high as 99.56% and 96.22% respectively, which is slightly better than that of PAC type.Compared with PAC,SNC has the advantages of being green, cheap and efficient, and is an effective strategy to enhance the granulation of activated sludge.
