冬季低温条件下两级AO-MBBR装备处理社区污水效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)是一种新型高效的污水处理工艺,其组合工艺处理效果好,脱氮除磷能力强,运行较稳定。采用两级AO-MBBR组合工艺对重庆市九龙坡区铝城四区社区污水进行处理,考察了该装备在冬季低温条件下的启动及运行特性。结果表明,当进水水质指标化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)与总磷(TP)平均浓度分别为87.2,28.5,25.4 mg/L与2.54 mg/L时,出水水质指标COD、TN、NH_(3)-N与TP平均浓度分别为13.22,6.75,4.77 mg/L与0.49 mg/L,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中的一级A排放标准。研究结果可为MBBR的工程应用提供数据参考与技术支撑。 Mobile bed biofilm reactor is a new and efficient sewage treatment process, its combined process has better treatment effect, stronger nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal capability and more stable operation.The two-stage AO-MBBR combination process was used to treat the sewage of Jiulongpo District of Chongqing, and to investigate the startup and operation characteristics of the equipment under low temperature in winter.The results showed that when the average concentration of influent water quality indexes chemical oxygen demand(COD),total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N) and total phosphorus(TP) were 87.2,28.5,25.4,2.54 mg/L,respectively, the average concentration of effluent water quality indexes of COD,TN,NH_(3)-N and TP were 13.22,6.75,4.77 mg/L and 0.49 mg/L.The effluent water quality meets the Grade 1 A emission standard in the Pollutant Emission Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).The research results can provide data reference and technical support for the engineering application of MBBR.
