高双键保留率油醇硫酸盐的性能研究

Study on the properties of sodium oleyl sulfate with high double bond retention

通过对十八烷基硫酸酯盐(OSS)、双键保留率为77.38%的油醇硫酸盐(SOS-77)及双键保留率为95.69%的油醇硫酸盐(SOS-95)的Krafft点及性能进行对比研究,结果表明,高双键保留率的SOS-95具有较低的krafft点,较好的起泡性、稳泡性及良好的润湿性、去污性、柔顺性,适用于低温产品配方及低温洗涤领域。

By comparing the Krafft points and properties of octadecyl sodium sulfate(OSS),sodium oleyl sulfate(SOS-77) with double bond retention rate of 77.38% and sodium oleyl sulfate(SOS-95) with double bond retention rate of 95.69%.The results showed that SOS-95 had lower Krafft point, better foamability and foaming stability, and good wettability, detergency and flexibility, it was suitable for low-temperature product formulation and cold washing field.
