摘要 综述了油气田开发领域中使用的反相乳液聚合体系的发展状况,深入探讨了反相乳液聚合机理,分析了影响反相乳液聚合过程的五个重要因素,针对反相乳液聚合体系在水力压裂、酸化酸压、调剖堵水、三次采油、钻井、油田废水污水处理过程中的应用进行了详细阐述,分析了绿色环保低毒是反相乳液聚合体系的未来发展方向,根据反相乳液聚合体系工艺复杂、影响因素较多等方面,指出了下一步发展的方向。 This paper reviews the development of inverse emulsion polymerization system used in the oil and gas fields, further discusses the mechanism of inverse emulsion polymerization, analyzes five important factors affecting the process of inverse emulsion polymerization, and expounds in detail the application of inverse emulsion polymerization system in hydraulic fracturing, acidizing fracturing, profile control and water plugging, tertiary oil recovery, well drilling and oil field wastewater treatment, analyzes of green environmental protection and low toxicity is the future development direction of inverse emulsion polymerization system.Besides, according to the complex process and the influencing factors of inverse emulsion polymerization, this paper also points out the development direction in the future.
