摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂式警示教育对新护士护理风险识别率和防范措施正确率的影响。方法将清远市中医院2016年1月至2018年12月入职的护士150名随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。观察组采用翻转课堂教学法进行安全警示教育,对照组以传统的课堂讲授法教学。比较两组护士对警示教育内容的知晓情况、对安全事件的风险识别率和防范措施正确情况及对教学方法的支持率等。结果观察组对警示教育内容的知晓情况、安全事件风险识别率和防范措施正确率、教学方法支持情况等明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将"翻转课堂"教学模式引入护士安全警示教育,可明显提高新护士警示教育的教学成效,对增强护士对医疗、护理风险的识别与规避能力具有明显作用,同时还提升了护士学习的愉悦感和成就感。
Objective To explore the effect of warning education in flipped classroom on the nursing risk recognition rate and the correct rate of preventive measures of new nurses.Methods A total of 150 nurses enrolled in Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method to carry out safety warning education,while the control group adopted the traditional classroom teaching method.The awareness of the warning education content,the risk identification rate of safety incidents,the correct situation of preventive measures and the support rate of teaching methods of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of awareness of warning education content,risk recognition rate of safety incidents,accuracy rate of preventive measures and teaching method support,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Introducing the"flipped classroom"teaching mode into nurses'safety warning education can significantly improve the teaching effect of new nurses'warning education,significantly enhance nurses'ability to identify and avoid medical and nursing risks,and at the same time improve nurses'sense of pleasure and sense of achievement in learning.
