90后护生做家务劳动与基础护理学实训操作动作技能的关系

摘要 目的探讨90后护生做家务劳动与基础护理学(基护)实训操作动作技能的关系。方法选取遵义医科大学珠海校区经过基护训练的学生,自制家务劳动与基护实训操作动作技能考核成绩问卷。2020年4月,通过朋友圈发放二维码,微信扫描,匿名填写,立即发送返回。探讨90后护生做家务劳动与基护实训操作动作技能的关系。结果有效问卷466份,有效率100%。其中专科学历270份,其余196份是本科学历。护生每天做家务时间平均(38.47±5.18)min,经常做家务占11.37%,大多数护生做家务态度是被动的及认为家务劳动是大人的事分别为76.61%、74.46%,护生14岁及以上开始做家务人数占69.32%,护生做家务的种类≤2种占66.09%。其中,女性,经常或积极做家务,自认为与大人有同样责任做家务,开始做家务的年龄≥6岁或做家务的件数≥4件是护生基护实训操作动作技能取得较好成绩的促进因子;认为做家务劳动是大人的事情,做家务劳动态度是被动的和开始做家务劳动的年龄≥18岁是护生基护实训操作动作技能取得较好成绩的阻碍因子。结论做家务劳动可以培养护生良好的劳动价值观、锻炼逻辑思维能力及创新能力。做家务劳动年龄越早、做家务劳动的种类越多,其动手能力就越强,间接提高护生学习期间实训操作技能的精细动作,进而提高教学效果。 Objective To explore the relationship between housework-doing and the skills of the practical training and operation of the basic nursing science for nursing students born after 90's.Methods Students from Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical University who had been trained in primary care were selected.A questionnaire was made to assess the performance of the operation skills of housework-doing and primary care training.In April 2020,the relationship between housework-doing and the skills of the practical training and operation of the basic nursing science for nursing students born after 90's was discussed by the way of sending two-dimensional code in moments,being scanned by WeChat,flling in anonymously and returning immediately.Results The valid questionnaires were 466 pieces and the valid rate was 100%.Among them,270 have a junior college degree and the rest 196 have a bachelor's degree.The results showed that the average time of doing housework for nursing students was(38.47±5.18)minutes and the frequency of often-doing housework was 11.37%.The students with a passive attitude towards housework-doing were accounted for 76.61%and the students who consider that housework-doing was the responsibility of the adults were accounted for 74.46%.The numbers of nursing students who started to do housework at the age of 14 years or older were 69.32%,and the students of doing less than or equal to 2 kinds of housework were accounted for 66.09%.And female,doing housework usually or actively,considering equal responsibility with the elders about doing housework,the age of starting to do housework greater than or equal to 6 years and the pieces of doing housework greater than or equal to 4 were considered as a promoting factor for the better score of practice of basic nursing science.However,considering that the housework-doing was the elders'responsibility,doing housework passively and the age of starting to do housework greater than or equal to 18 years were considerd as the hindering factor for the score of practice of basic nursing science.Conclusions Doing housework can cultivate the nursing students'good labor values,exercise logical thinking ability and innovation ability.The earlier age of doing housework and the more kinds of doing housework,then the stronger for the practical ability,which indirectly improves the fine movement of the practical operation skills during study for nursing students,thus improving the teaching effect.
