Historical Retrospection,Basic Experience and Future Prospects of Young Pioneers Education

少先队教育是“为党育人”的奠基工程,是共产主义教育事业的重要延伸,历来作为中国共产党团结教育少年儿童的关键力量,发挥着独特的育人功能。回顾少先队教育的发展历程,可将其划分为艰难萌生、积极探索、有序回归、统筹协调和守正出新五个时期。在历史演进中,少先队逐渐形成了坚持中国共产党对少先队教育的绝对领导、坚持实践活动与“五爱”教育的有机融合和坚持组织教育与自主教育的双向互动的基本经验。新的历史时期,应从坚定政治方向、强化价值引领、注重专业建设和深化改革创新四个方面着力,推进少先队教育在新时代的蓬勃发展。

Young pioneers education is the foundation project of“educating people for the Party”,and an important extension of the communist education cause.It has always been the key force of the Communist Party of China to unite and educate children,playing a unique function in educating people.In retrospect,the development of young pioneers education can be divided into five periods:difficult initiation,active exploration,orderly return,overall coordination,and innovative inheritance.In its historical evolution,the Young Pioneers gradually formed the basic experience of adhering to the absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China over young pioneers education,the organic integration of practical activities and“five loves”education,and the two-way interaction of organizational education and independent education.In the new historical period,efforts should be put on four aspects:political direction,value guidance,professional construction,and reform and innovation,so as to promote the vigorous development of young pioneers education in the new era.
