妊娠合并卵巢畸胎瘤患者围手术期的护理措施与效果

Perioperative nursing measures and efficacy in pregnant women with ovarian teratoma

目的 探讨妊娠合并卵巢畸胎瘤患者围手术期的护理措施与效果。方法 选取2020年5月至2021年5月间复旦大学附属妇产科医院收治的80例妊娠合并卵巢畸胎瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为试验组和参照组,每组40例。试验组患者在围术期进行综合护理,参照组患者在围术期采用常规护理,比较两组患者护理后的效果、不良反应及满意度。结果 试验组患者护理总有效率为95.0%,高于参照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应总发生率为7.5%,低于参照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总满意率为95.0%,高于参照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理应用于妊娠合并卵巢畸胎瘤患者围手术期护理,具有良好的护理效果,可有效减少围术期不良反应,患者满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing measures and efficacy in pregnant women with ovarian teratoma. Methods Eighty pregnant women with ovarian teratoma admitted to Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were selected from May 2020 to May 2021. Using the random number table method, they were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 40 women in each group. The experimental group received comprehensive care during the perioperative period and the control group received conventional nursing in the perioperative period. Nursing efficacy, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The overall nursing efficacy rate was 95.0% in the experimental group which was significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5% in the experimental group which was lower than 27.5% of the control group(P<0.05). The overall satisfaction rate was 95.0% in the experimental group which was higher than 75.0% of the control(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care shows good perioperative nursing efficacy in pregnant women with ovarian. It achieves high patient satisfaction with nursing, and can effectively reduce the probability of adverse reactions during perioperative nursing, which is worthy of promotion.
