摘要
为提高TC4钛合金表面的综合性能,采用Fe35A合金为熔覆粉末在TC4钛合金材料表面进行激光熔覆加工试验,综合制备出耐磨复合涂层,并采用数字化测试设备研究分析其洛氏硬度、宏观形貌、几何形状等综合性能。试验结果表明:在工艺参数设置为激光功率2300W、扫描速度9mm/s、送粉速率10g/min的最佳熔覆参数下制备而成的熔覆层质量最佳,宏观形貌规整饱满,表面洛氏硬度值高达40.2HRC,熔覆层表面均匀细致,实现了TC4钛合金表面高质量熔覆Fe35A合金涂层的效果。
In order to improve the comprehensive properties of TC4titanium alloy surface,laser cladding experiments were conducted on the surface of TC4alloy material to synthetically prepare a wear-resistant composite coating using Fe35Aalloy powders.Subsequently,digital testing equipment was used to study and analyze the comprehensive properties of the coating,such as Rockwell hardness,macroscopic morphology and geometry.Test results demonstrated that the best quality of the cladding layer was achieved with the optimum cladding parameters of 2300Wlaser power,9mm/s scanning speed and 10g/min powder feeding rate.The macroscopic morphology is regular and full,the surface Rockwell hardness value is up to 40.2HRC,and the surface of the cladding layer is uniform.This paper achieved the effect of high quality cladding coating of Fe35Aalloy on the surface of TC4titanium alloy.
