女排精神的价值意蕴与时代薪传研究——基于群体动力学理论视角

The Value Implication And the Times Inheritance of the Fighting Spirit of the Chinese Women’s Volleyball Team——from the Perspective of Group Dynamics Theory

从1981年首次提出至2021年被纳入中国共产党人精神谱系第一批伟大精神,女排精神历久弥新,凭借其特有的文化效应俨然在时代发展历程中成为独特的精神图腾。本研究基于群体动力学理论,借助文献法、访谈法及总结归纳法,从认知、接受及运用环节研究女排精神在新时代的传播路径,剖析影响其在新时代的传承与弘扬的重要影响因素。首先,应从主观层面加强群众对女排精神的认同感;其次,对不同主体应从传授路径、氛围塑造以及主观能动角度着手采取针对性措施;再次,将女排精神深耕于思政教育,在学校通过竞赛方式发扬精神,健全学校体育竞赛和人才培养体系,实现其高质量教育过程。借助大众媒体制作体育影视作品,为女排精神的展示提供广阔的平台。同时坚持“以人为本”、“全民体育”理念,有序组织群众性的排球赛事,构建国、省、市、县、乡五级竞赛体系,重塑女排精神的稳固传承体系。

From its first proposal in 1981 to being included in the first batch of great spirits of the Chinese Communists’spiritual pedigree in 2021,the spirit of the women’s volleyball team has lasted for a long time.With its unique cultural effect,it has become a unique spiritual totem in the development of the times.Based on the theory of group dynamics,this study uses the literature method,interview method and summary and induction method to study the transmission path of the women’s volleyball spirit in the new era from the aspects of cognition,acceptance and application,and analyzes the important influence that affects its inheritance and promotion in the new era.factor.First of all,we should strengthen the people’s sense of identity with the spirit of the women’s volleyball team from the subjective level;secondly,we should take targeted measures for different subjects from the perspective of teaching path,atmosphere shaping and subjective initiative;thirdly,according to their cultural characteristics,school sports should be effectively integrated to improve school sports Competition and talent training system to achieve its high-quality education process.With the help of mass media,sports film and television works are produced to provide a broad platform for the display of the spirit of the women’s volleyball team.At the same time,adhere to the concept of"people-oriented"and"national sports",organize mass volleyball events in an orderly manner,build a five-level competition system at the national,provincial,municipal,county and township levels,and reshape the stable inheritance system of the women’s volleyball spirit.
