Research on Digital Economy Driving the High-quality Development of Sports Industry in the New Development Paradigm

数字经济发展日益成为重组全球要素资源,重塑全球经济结构,改变全球竞争格局的关键力量。“十四五”时期,我国数字经济转向深化应用、规范发展、普惠共享的新阶段。本文主要从新发展格局下数字经济的内涵及重要性出发,运用文献综述、逻辑分析等方法,梳理数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的理论内涵,剖析新发展格局下数字经济作用于体育产业高质量发展的内外部动力机制。提出数字经济背景下我国体育产业高质量发展应加强顶层设计,增强体育产业数字化转型的政策引导;完善保障体系,提升体育产业数字化治理能力;深化市场拓展,推动数字经济与体育产业深度融合等举措,为助力数字中国和体育强国建设提供思路。

Digital economy is developing into a key drive that helps restructure factor resources,reshape economic structure,and rebuild competition framework around the globe.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,China’s digital economy enters a new era of deepening application,regulating development,and achieving universal benefit.Starting from the connotation and importance of digital economy in the new development paradigm,this article employs the methods of literature review,logic analysis,etc.to analyze the connotation of the high-quality development of digital economy powered sports industry.It also studies digital economy’s dynamic and mechanism in achieving sports industry’s high-quality development.It then puts forward an thinking It then puts forward an overall thinking and specific measures for for"Digital China"and"Leading Sports Nation"in three aspects:the high-quality development of sports industry in the digital economy era including improving the top-level design,providing more effective policy guidance for thetaking proactive steps toward digital transformation of sports industry;perfectingplacing a social securitysecurity system to enhance the digital governmance ability of sports industry;strengthening market expansionmarket vitality and internal momentum for deep integration of promoting digital economy and sports industry.
