大学女教师体力健康指标与代谢综合征的相关性研究分析

Analysis of the Correlation Between Physical Health Indicators And Metabolic Syndrome Among Female University Teachers

目的:通过构建体力健康指标预测大学女教师代谢综合征(MetS)的logistics回归方程,探讨大学女教师体力健康指标与MetS之间的关系,为MetS对大学女教师的诊断因素提供研究价值。方法:通过运动训练干预的方法对MetS组及MetS症状组进行为期12周的训练,训练前后分别采集体力健康指标(肺活量、台阶指数、握力)和身体健康指标(身高、体重),采用One-Way ANOVA检验和Welch检验进行差异性检验及事后比较,采用Spearman进行双尾相关性检验,对具有显著性相关指标进行有序logistics回归分析。结果:年龄、肺活量、台阶指数、握力以及体重均对大学女教师代谢综合征(Mets)具有显著性的影响,其中年龄、体重与MetS呈正相关,表现为年龄越大、体重越重,人们患有MetS的概率增加;肺活量和台阶指数与MetS呈负相关,表现为肺活量、台阶指数越低,人们患有MetS的几率增加。结论:大学女教师的年龄、肺活量、台阶指数、握力以及体重这五项指标是影响MetS症状的主要因素,对上述五项指标建立的logistics方程模型,在大学女教师MetS症状的预测方面具有一定的实际应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between physical health indicators and MetS among female university teachers by constructing logistic regression equations for physical health indicators to predict metabolic syndrome(MetS)among female university teachers,and to provide research value for the diagnostic factors of MetS for female university teachers.Methods:The MetS group and the MetS symptom group were trained for 12 weeks by means of an exercise training intervention,physical health indicators(vital capacity,step index,handgrip strength)and physical health indicators(body weight)were collected before and after training,Differential tests and post-hoc comparisons were performed using the One-Way ANOVA test and Welch tests,Two-tailed correlation tests were performed using Spearman,Orderly logistics regression analysis was performed on the significant correlation indicators.Results:Age,spirometry,step index,grip strength and body weight all had significant effects on metabolic syndrome in female university teachers,in which age and body weight were positively correlated with MetS,showing that the older and heavier people were,the more likely they were to suffer from MetS;spirometry and step index were negatively correlated with MetS,showing that the lower spirometry and step index were,the more likely they were to suffer from MetS.The lower the lung volume and step index,the higher the chance of having MetS.Conclusion:The age,vital capacity,step index,hand grip strength and body weight are the main factors affecting MetS symptoms.The logistics equation model has some practical value in the prediction of MetS symptoms.
