地佐辛用于全身麻醉鼻镜手术后及对药物不良反应影响分析

Dezocine used in general anesthesia after rhinoscopic surgery and analysis of its influence on adverse drug reactions

目的 探析鼻镜手术患者采取地佐辛药物治疗的效果及对不良反应影响。方法 筛取2020年2月~2021年8月间本院收治52例鼻镜手术患者为研究主体,将52例患者随机分成两组,常规组26例与观察组26例,常规组予以常规药物治疗,观察组则予以地佐辛治疗,分析评估治疗效果。结果予以地佐辛治疗后,观察组术后满意度为(96.15%),组间数值对比差异显著(χ^(2)=4.127,P=0.042,P<0.05);同时观察组不良反应发生概率为(7.69%)显著比常规组低,组间数值对比差异显著(χ^(2)=4.457,P=0.035,P<0.05)。结论 采取地佐辛治疗效果优良,能显著改善其疼痛情况,还能减少不良反应发生概率,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of dezocine treatment and the influence on adverse reactions in patients undergoing nasal surgery.Methods From February 2020 to August 2021,52 patients undergoing nasal surgery in our hospital were selected as the main body of the study.52 patients were randomly divided into two groups,26 in the routine group and 26 in the observation group.The routine group was given routine Drug treatment,the observation group was given dezocine treatment,analysis and evaluation of the treatment effect.Results After dezocine treatment,the postoperative satisfaction of the observation group was (96.15%),and the numerical comparison between the groups was significantly different.The result was (χ^(2)=4.127,P=0.042,P<0.05);at the same time,the observation group had adverse reactions The probability of occurrence (7.69%) was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the numerical comparison between the groups was significantly different.The result was (χ^(2)=4.457,P=0.035,P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine has a good therapeutic effect,can significantly improve its pain,and can also reduce the probability of adverse reactions.The clinical application value is significant.
