甘肃哈萨克族变应性鼻炎患病率及相关因素调查研究

Investigation on the prevalence and related factors of allergic rhinitis in Kazak nationality in Gansu Province

目的 讨论研究甘肃哈萨克族变应性鼻炎患病率与相关因素。方法 对2020年6月到2021年6月期间甘肃哈萨克族自治县居民1983例进行调查,了解变应性鼻炎患病率,并分析相关影响因素。结果 1983名哈萨克族人员中有369例变应性鼻炎患者,其中女性患病率明显高于男性(P<0.05);61-76年龄人群患病率明显超过其他年龄段(P<0.05);受到变应原因素影响的患病率明显超过其他因素患病率(P<0.05)。结论 甘肃哈萨克族女性及老年人更容易患变应性鼻炎,且整体患者受变应原影响较大。

Objective To study the prevalence and related factors of allergic rhinitis in Kazak nationality in Gansu Province.Methods 1983 residents of Gansu Kazak Autonomous County from June 2020 to June 2021 were investigated to understand the prevalence of allergic rhinitis and analyze the related influencing factors.Results There were 369 patients with allergic rhinitis among 1983 Kazakh people,and the prevalence rate of women was significantly higher than that of men (P < 0.05);The prevalence rate of 61-76 age group was significantly higher than that of other age groups (P < 0.05);The prevalence of allergic factors was significantly higher than that of other factors (P < 0.05).Conclusion Kazak women and the elderly in Gansu are more likely to suffer from allergic rhinitis,and the whole patients are greatly affected by allergens.
