火针点刺配合穴位埋线治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of fire acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的 观察过敏性鼻炎患者应用火针点刺配合穴位埋线的治疗效果。方法 以我院康复科在2020年6月—2021年6月接收的66例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法进行分组,对照组33例应用穴位埋线治疗,试验组33例应用火针点刺配合穴位埋线治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和疾病复发率。结果 试验组患者治疗总有效率(96.97%)比对照组(81.82%)更高,治疗后4个月疾病复发率(9.30%)比对照组(18.50%)更低,P<0.05。结论 对过敏性鼻炎患者应用火针点刺配合穴位埋线治疗可取得良好的疗效,且治疗后可减少复发率。

Objective To analyze the effect of fire needle acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 66 patients with allergic rhinitis received in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were divided into groups by random number table.33 patients in the control group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding,and 33 patients in the study group were treated with fire needle acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The therapeutic effects and disease recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group (96.97%) was higher than that of the control group (81.82%),and the disease recurrence rate 4 months after treatment (9.30%) were lower than that of the control group (18.50) (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of fire needle acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis can achieve good curative effect,and it is not easy to relapse after treatment.
