应用外照射放射治疗复发/转移性甲状腺癌的有效性及临床价值研究

Efficacy and clinical value of external radiation therapy for recurrent / metastatic thyroid cancer

目的 研究复发/转移性甲状腺癌患者接受外照射放射治疗的应用价值。方法 2019年11月~2021年5月,挑选在我院接受治疗的58例复发/转移性甲状腺癌患者,其中28例骨转移甲状腺癌,30例复发性甲状腺癌。外照射应用三维适形,调强放疗、以及立体定向放疗技术。观察所有患者毒副反应及骨转移患者疗效评估。结果 对比骨转移患者应用外照射后1个月、3个月后总有疗效状况,3个月后总有疗效为92.86%、优于1个月后71.43%,对比数据有差异(P<0.05)。所有患者未出现3级以上毒副反应。结论 在复发/转移性甲状腺癌患者接受外照射放射治疗后,临床疗效确切,可显著改善临床症状,控制病情继续发展,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the application value of external irradiation radiotherapy in patients with recurrent / metastatic thyroid cancer.Methods From November 2019 to may 2021,58 patients with recurrent / metastatic thyroid cancer were selected in our hospital,including 28 cases of bone metastatic thyroid cancer and 30 cases of recurrent thyroid cancer.Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,intensity modulated radiotherapy and stereotactic radiotherapy were used for external irradiation.The toxic and side effects of all patients and the curative effect of patients with bone metastasis were observed.Results The total effective rate was 92.86% after 3 months,which was better than 71.43% after 1 month (P < 0.05).All patients had no toxic and side effects above grade 3.Conclusion After external irradiation radiotherapy for patients with recurrent / metastatic thyroid cancer,the clinical effect is accurate,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and control the continuous development of the disease.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
